About Me
My breadth of experience in frontline services (including the NHS and Multi Academy Trusts) informs my practices as a consultant. I pride myself in staying consistently up to date with literature and discourse on the topics I deliver trainings on. Having guided a major NHS Trust in their EDI policy and ability to redesign their practice in 2021, I am able to take the practical lessons learnt from this experience and lend them to my trainings. Delivering as a frontline crisis practitioner being Trauma Informed in my practice was fundamental. I am able to lend my lived experience to those I deliver courses to.
